Consultation Fee The consultation fee is $320.00 and must be paid in advance to reserve your appointment. Consultations may be conducted:

By secure video conference
In person, when appropriate
Advance payment is required due to the high number of missed and last-minute cancelled appointments.
Attorney's Fees Attorney's fees vary depending upon the type, complexity, and scope of the legal matter. Fee arrangements may include:
Hourly representation
Flat fees
Mixed fee arrangements, where appropriate
Hourly rates generally range from $200 to $621 per hour, depending on the nature of the representation. A written fee agreement will explain the applicable fee structure for your matter.
Payment Plans For qualifying matters, payment plans may be available. Clients may make an initial payment and pay the remaining balance according to an agreed-upon payment schedule. Payment plan availability depends on the type of legal matter and other relevant circumstances.
Mixed Fee Arrangements In appropriate cases, Apex Legal Services may offer mixed fee arrangements in which the client pays attorney's fees up to an agreed amount, after which additional fees may be earned on a contingency basis. We do not accept matters on a 100% contingency fee basis.
